Kailey hired me for her home birth in Chesapeake, VA with Three Rivers Midwifery. She actually contacted me before she moved here from Florida.

I found out from talking to her mom while she was laboring, that Kailey and her husband Carlos, are high school sweethearts! I think that’s so amazing and definitely adds to their story. The love between them is STRONG. He was so supportive the entire time. There were some heartfelt smiles shared between them that evening, as well. They have the type of love you dream of.

Katie with Three Rivers Midwifery was AWESOME!!! There were moments that Kailey needed reassurance or just some encouraging words and Katie was right there! Katie had Kailey do some Spinning Babies: Lift and Tuck and Walcher’s. Both total game changers!

Take a look at the photo where Kailey finds out she had a boy….baby Luca!! What a reaction! And big brother, Odin, was the best! He’s so happy to have a new best friend.
