After shooting emails back and forth, I was finally able to meet Concetta, Ryan, and their 20 month old daughter, Kennedy. Concetta suggested the Arboretum in DC, which I had never visited. And let me tell you....that place is a hidden gem! 

We met at the Capital Columns, which is hard to miss. I couldn't ask for a better day, as far as weather goes. It was slightly hotter than we originally thought it would be, but the skies were clear.

Kennedy munched on grapes throughout the session and was very a trooper! (You might notice her orange container, which held her grapes, in almost every photo.) She loved running around, chasing their dog in the grass, and going up and down the steps.

Concetta is the owner of Well Dressed Mamma, an in-home nursing boutique. She comes to your home and fits you for nursing bras. Such a great concept! 

I had such a great time with this laid back family and I'm glad they introduced me to this treasure of a location. I highly suggest checking it out, if you haven't already.
