Christmas is coming!

Christmas is my favorite time of year! For me, it means family....and of course, good food! This is my family's "craftiest" time of year, as well. We usually make new ornaments for our tree every year. Last year we made salt dough ones and this year we decorated pine cones and clear glass ball ornaments. We will be making homemade gingerbread houses and our annual batch after batch of cookies. Most of the cookie recipes we use were my moms, so that is always special for me. 

Oh! And Sawyer! He is our newest family member. He is an eleven year old cat we rescued from the shelter. We love him so, so, so much and I think he kind of digs us, too!

Over the next several weeks, I have tons of sessions scheduled, so things will get busy. I have a fresh 48 tomorrow, a couple newborn and maternity sessions, and a birth!
